ヨーロッパアルプスに分布しています。山地草原に生え、高さは10〜15センチになります。葉はおもに根生した掌状複葉で、披針形の小葉が7個つきます。葉の裏面は、銀白色の毛に密に被われています。6月から8月ごろ、多数の花序をだし、黄緑色の花を咲かせます。
バラ科ハゴロモグサ属の多年草で、学名は Alchemilla conjuncta。英名は Mountain lady's mantle。
Mountain lady's mantle (Alchemilla conjuncta) belongs to Rosaceae (the Rose family). It is a perennial herb that is native to the Alps. This herb grows in upland meadows and can reach 10-15 cm in height. The leaves are mainly basal and digitate with 7 elliptic segments. The abaxial sides are densely covered with silvary-white hairs. The numerous clusters are borne and bloom yellowish-green flowers in June to August.
