アロエ・スッコトリナ (姫虎錦) [Index] [Back] 南アフリカのケープ半島周辺が原産です。葉はロゼット状になり、群生します。高さは１．２メートル以上になります。冬に、分枝しない花茎にオレンジ色の花を咲かせます。園芸上は「ひめとらにしき（姫虎錦）」と呼ばれます。 ユリ科アロエ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Aloe succotrina。英名は Fynbos aloe。 Fynbos aloe (Aloe succotrina) belongs to Liliaceae (the Lily family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to around the Cape Peninsula of South Africa. This aloe forms a clumping rosette and can reach up to 1.2 m in height.
