ヒマラヤきんしばい (ヒマラヤ金糸梅)

ヒマラヤの周辺、中国の西部からタイ、ミャンマー、インドにかけて分布しています。高さは１．２〜１．８メートルくらいの潅木で、卵形から長楕円形の葉が対生します。７月から８月ごろ、枝先の集散花序に直径５センチほどの黄色い花を咲かせます。中国名では「短柱金絲桃（duan zhu jin si tao）」。 |

オトギリソウ科オトギリソウ属の落葉小低木で、学名は Hypericum hookerianum。英名はありません。 |

The Hypericum hookerianum belongs to the family Clusiaceae. It is a deciduous shrub that is distributed around the Himalayas, from western China to Thailand, Myanmar, and India. It is a 1.2 to 1.8 m tall shrub with ovate to oblong leaves that grow in pairs. Yellow flowers, about 5 cm in diameter, bloom in cymes at the ends of branches from July to August. Its Chinese name is "短柱金絲桃" (duan zhu jin si tao). |
