カランコエ・プミラ (白銀の舞)

マダガスカルの中央高地が原産です。高さは１５センチほどですが、這うようにして広がります。葉は淡いピンクがかった白粉を被ります。１月から２月ごろ、円錐花序をだして赤紫色の花を咲かせます。園芸上は、「しろがねのまい（白銀の舞）」と呼ばれています。 |

ベンケイソウ科リュウキュウベンケイ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Kalanchoe pumila。英名はありません。 |

Kalanchoe pumila belongs to Crassulaceae (the Orpine family). It is an evergreen perennial that is native to the Central Plateau of Madagascar. This herb grows spreading and can reach about 15 cm in height. Leaves are succulent and powdery mid-green with pink tinged. During January to February, panicles with reddish violet flowers are seen. |
