中国の南西部が原産です。「プリムラ・キネンシス」の近縁で、最近は早春の鉢花として流通しています。高さは２０～４０センチほどになり、茎や葉は軟毛と密腺に被われます。葉は羽状に裂けます。早春のころ、花茎を伸ばして淡いピンク色の花を咲かせます。中国語では「陝西羽葉報春（shaan xi yu ye bao chun）」と呼ばれます。 |

The Primula filchnerae belongs to Primulaceae (the Primrose family). It is a perennial herb that is native to southwestern China. A close relative of "Primula chinensis", it has recently been distributed as an early spring potted flower. It grows 20-40 cm tall, and its stems and leaves are covered with soft hairs and dense glands. The leaves are pinnately lobed. In early spring, the flower scapes grow and produce pale pink flowers. In Chinese, it is called "陝西羽葉報春" (shaan xi yu ye bao chun). |
