アガウェ・フレキスピナ [Index] [Back] メキシコの中北部、チワワ州からドゥランゴ州、サカテカス州に分布しています。標高１４００〜２２００メートルの岩の多い斜面や草原、林内などに生えます。葉は変化が大きく、黄緑色で長さ１５〜３０センチ、葉の縁は鋸歯があり、先端は３〜４センチの褐色から灰色の棘になっています。葉は小さなロゼットを形成します。円錐花序がでて、高さは２．５〜３．５メートルになります。６月から７月ごろ、円錐花序の上部に緑色から黄色の花を咲かせます。 リュウゼツラン科リュウゼツラン属の多年草で、学名は Agave flesxipina。英名はありません。 Agave flesxipina belongs to the family Agavaceae (the Agave family). It is a perennial herb that is native to central-northern Mexico; Chihuahua, Durango and Zacarecas. This herb grows on stony slopes in grass and forest land in 1400 to 2200 m altitude. The leaves are variable, yellowish-green, 15-30 cm long, with serrated edges and ending in brown to gray spines of 3-4 cm long. They form a small rosette. The panicle is borne, and it can reach 2.5-3.5 m in height.
