アロエ・スピノシッシマ (七宝錦) [Index] [Back] 園芸品種で、アルボレスケンス種とフミリス種との種間交雑種です。ロゼットは群生し、茎は１メートル以上に伸びます。葉は２５〜３０センチの長さになり、縁には角のような鋸歯があります。長い花茎を伸ばし、橙赤色の花を咲かせます。園芸上は「しっぽうにしき（七宝錦）」と呼ばれます。 ユリ科アロエ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Aloe spinosissima。英名は Gold tooth aloe。 Gold tooth aloe (Aloe spinosissima) belongs to Liliaceae (the Lily family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is a garden hybrid between Aloe arborescens and Aloe humilis. The resettes are clumping and the stems grow up to 1 m in height.
