アポイきんばい (アポイ金梅)

わが国の北海道、日高山系のアポイ岳に固有の「みやまきんばい（深山金梅）」の変種です。蛇紋岩地帯の岩礫地や草地に生え、高さは１０センチほどになります。葉は厚くて光沢があり、深裂します。５月から６月ごろ、花茎の先に黄色い頭花を咲かせます。花弁の先が少しくぼみます。 |

バラ科キジムシロ属の多年草で、学名は Potentilla matsumurae var. apoiensis。英名はありません。 |

"Apoi-kinbai" (Potentilla matsumurae var. apoiensis) belongs to Rosaceae (the Rose family). It is a perennial herb that is a variety of "Miyama-kinbai", and endemic to Mount Apoi in the Hidaka Mountains in Hokkaido, Japan. It grows in rocky gravels and grasslands in serpentine areas, and is about 10 cm tall. It has thick, glossy, deeply lobed leaves and produces yellow head flowers at the tip of the flower stalk from May to June. The tips of the petals are slightly concave. |
