アレナリア・キリアタ [Index] [Back] ヨーロッパのアルブスやピレネー山脈、アペニン山脈北部に分布しています。標高１４００〜３２００メートルの放牧地や石灰岩質の岩場に生え、高さは４〜６センチになります。葉は楕円形からさじ形で、縁の下半分には繊毛が生えます。７月から８月ごろ、白色の花を花序に２〜７個ずつ咲かせます。花には、目立つ白色の葯があります。 ナデシコ科ノミノツヅリ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Arenaria ciliata。英名は Ciliate-leaved sandwort。 Ciliated-leaved sandwort (Arenaria ciliata) belongs to Caryophyllaceae (the Carnation family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to the European mountains; the Alps, the Pyrennes and northern Apennines. This herb grows in meadows, rocky places on calcareous soils, 1400-3200 m elevation, and can reach 4-6 cm in height. The leaves are elliptic to sppon-shaped and hairy on the lower part of edges.
