アルニカ・モンタナ [Index] [Back] ヨーロッパに分布しています。標高７００〜２９００メートルの山地草原や潅木帯に生え、高さは３０センチほどになります。根生葉は倒卵形から倒披針形で、腺毛が密に生えます。６月から８月ごろ、鮮やかな黄色い頭花を咲かせます。 キク科ウサギギク属の多年草で、学名は Arnica montana。英名は Leopard's bane、Wolf's bane。 The Leopard's bane (Arnica montana) belongs to Asteraceae (the Aster family). It is a perennial herb that is native to Europe. This herb grows in upland grasslands or thickets 700-2900 m elevation and can reach about 30 cm in height. The basal leaves are obobate to oblanceolate with densely glandular hairs.
