The Molded wax agave (Echeveria agavoides) belongs to Crassulaceae (the Orpine family). It is an evergreen herb that is native to San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The fleshy leaves form a rosette about 20 cm in diameter. In summer, it grows a long flower scape up to 50 cm long and produces reddish-red flowers.
