イベリス・ウンベラータ [Index] [Back] ヨーロッパ南部が原産です。石灰地の茂みや砂礫地などに生え、高さは３０〜４５センチになります。葉は線形で互生します。晩春から初夏にかけて、半球状の花序をだし、赤色やピンク色、藤色、白色などの花を咲かせます。 アブラナ科イベリス属の一年草で、学名は Iberis umbellata。英名は Globe candytuft、Annual candytuft。 The Globe candytuft (Iberis umbellata) belongs to Brassiaceae (the Mustard family). It is an annual herb that is native to southern Europe. This herb grows in bushy and rocky places on calcareous soils and can reach 30-45 cm in height. The leaves are linear and alternate.
