いときんぽうげ (糸金鳳花)

わが国の北海道東部や南西部の余市山系、本州の日光や尾瀬、それに朝鮮半島北部から中国北部、北半球の亜寒帯地域に分布しています。湖沼周辺の湿地などに生え、高さは５センチほどになります。茎は細くて地面を這い、葉は糸状です。７月から９月ごろ、茎頂に直径１センチほどの黄色い花を咲かせます。花弁は５〜９個あります。中国語では「松葉毛茛（song ye mao gen）」と呼ばれます。 韓国語では「カヌニッミナリアジェビ（가는잎미나리아재비）」です。これは「細い葉（カヌニッ: 가는잎）」＋「キンポウゲ（ミナリアジェビ: 미나리아재비）」の合成語です。 |

キンポウゲ科キンポウゲ属の多年草で、学名は Ranunculus reptans (syn. Ranunculus reptans var. flagelliformis)。英名は Creeping spearwort。 |

The Creeping spearwort (Ranunculus reptans) belongs to Ranunculaceae (the Buttercup family). It is a perennial herb that is native to eastern and south-western Hokkaido; the Yoich Mountains, Nikko and Oze in Honshu, Japan, as well as the northern Korean Peninsula, northern China and the subarctic region of Northern Hemispere. This herb grows in marshes around lakes and can reach about 5 cm in height. The stems are slender and creeping on the ground, and the leaves are filiform. The yellow flowers about 1 cm across bloom on the terminal apices from July to September. The flower has 5-9 petals. It is called "松葉毛茛" (song ye mao gen). In Korean, it's called "ga-neu-nip-mi-na-ri-a-jae-bi" (가는잎미나리아재비). This is a compound word consisting of "narrow leaf" (ga-neu-nip: 가는잎) + "butter cup" (mi-na-ri-a-jae-bi: 미나리아재비). |
