ヨーロッパの東部、ウクライナ地方に分布しています。岩礫地の草原に生え、高さは２５センチほどになります。根生葉は狭いへら形でロゼットを形成し、茎葉は広線形です。全体に白い細毛に被われます。４月から６月ごろ、花茎を伸ばしてサソリ状の集散花序をだし、鮮やかな黄色い筒状花を咲かせます。 |

The Golden drop (Onosma rigida) belongs to Boraginaceae (the Borage family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed in the eastern part of Europe, the Ukraine. It grows in rocky, gravelly meadows and grows to a height of about 25 cm. The basal leaves are narrowly spatulate and form rosettes, and the cauline leaves are broadly linear. From April to June, the flower stalks extend to form scorpioid cymes that produce bright yellow tubular flowers. |
