ベムチェ [Index] [Back] ベムチェは「はくさい（白菜）」と「だいこん（大根）」との属間雑種です。ベムチェは遺伝子組み換え生物ではありません。それは母親としてハクサイ品種「チュンスン（Jun Seung）」と父親として大根品種「ペクキョン（Baek Kyoung）」を交配することによって韓国で育成されました。白菜や大根と比較して、それはより多くのタンパク質や糖質、繊維含有量、ミネラル、ビタミンを持っています。ただ、野菜しては、葉大根と比較して、毛茸（もうじょう）が多すぎるかも。  アブラナ科ブラシコラファヌス属の一年草で、学名は X Brasscoraphanus cv. Baemoochae。英名は Baemoochae。  The Baemoochae belongs to Brassicaceae (the Mustard family). It is an intergeneric hybrid between Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa) and Radish (Raphanus sativus). Baemoochae is not a genetically modified organism. It was bred in Korea by hybridizing Chinese cabbage cultivars "Jun Seung" as the mother and radish cultivars "Baek Kyoung" as the father. Compared with Chinese cabbage and radish, it has more protein, sugar and fiber content, mineral and vitamin.
