ベトナムからインドネシアに分布しています。蔓性で長さは１０メートルほどになります。春、枝先の花序に直径１５〜２０センチほどの白い花を咲かせます。花にはほのかな芳香があります。 |

キョウチクトウ科ボーモンティア属の常緑蔓性木本で、学名は Beaumontia multiflora。英名は Herald's trumpet。 |

The Herald's trumpet (Beaumontia multiflora) belongs to Apocynaceae (the Dogbane family). It is an vergreen woody vine that is native to Viet Nam and Indonesia. This vine can reach about 10 m long. The white flowers 15-20 cm across come in the terminal clusters in spring. The flower has bit of incense. |
