インドネシアのカリマンタン島とフィリピンに分布しています。樹木や岩に着生し、高さは１５センチほどになります。球茎は卵形で、線状長楕円形の葉がつきます。春に花茎を伸ばして、芳香のある黄褐色の花を咲かせます。花弁には赤色の筋と点が入り、小さな唇弁は揺れ動きます。

ラン科ブルボフィルム属の常緑多年草で、学名は Bulbophyllum dearei。英名はありません。

The Bulbophyllum dearei belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is distributed in Kalimantan Island, Indonesia and the Philippines. It grows on trees and rocks and is about 15 cm tall. The bulbs are ovate with linear oblong-elliptic leaves. In spring, the flower stalks grow and produce fragrant yellowish-brown flowers. The petals have red streaks and dots, and the lip sways.
