ブータンるりまつり (ブータン瑠璃茉莉) [Index] [Back] ヒマラヤの周辺が原産です。よく分枝して、高さは１メートルほどになります。葉は楕円形で互生し、晩秋には紅葉します。７月から１１月ごろ、青紫色の花を咲かせます。花冠は筒状で、先端が５裂します。 イソマツ科ケラトスティグマ属の半常緑小低木で、学名は Ceratostigma griffithii。英名は Griffith's leadwort。 The Griffith's leadwort (Ceratostigma griffithii) belongs to Plumbaginaceae (the Plumbago family). It is a semi-evergreen shrub that is native to around the Himalayas. This shrub is much-ranched and can reach about 1 m in height. The leaves are elliptic, arranged alternately and turn red in late fall. The blue-purple flowers bloom from July to November.
