はいきんぽうげ (這金鳳花)

わが国をはじめ、北半球に広く分布しています。林の中や湿った草原に生え、高さは２０〜５０センチになります。葉は３出複葉です。名前のように、株のまわりに走出枝を出して増えます。５月から７月ごろ、鮮やかな黄金色の花を咲かせます。 |

キンポウゲ科キンポウゲ属の多年草で、学名は Ranunculus repens。英名は Creeping buttercup。 |

The Creeping buttercup (Ranunculus repens) belongs to Ranunculaceae (the Buttercup family). It is a perennial herb that is native to the Northern Hemisphere widely, including all over Japan. This herb grows in forests and wettish glasslands, and it can reach 20-50 cm in height. The leaves are ternate. It spreads by basal stolons. The bright golden flowers bloom from May to June. |
