はこねぎく (箱根菊) [Index] [Back] わが国の本州、関東地方と中部地方に分布しています。山地から亜高山帯の日当たりの良い草原や岩場に生え、高さは３５〜６５センチになります。葉は卵状楕円形から狭披針形で叢生します。８月から１０月ごろ、直径２５ミリほどの白色から淡い紫色の頭花を咲かせます。総苞は粘ります。別名で、「みやまこんぎく（深山紺菊）」と呼ばれます。 キク科シオン属の多年草で、学名は Aster viscidulus。英名はありません。 "Hakone-giku" (Aster viscidulus) belongs to the Asteraceae (the Aster family). It is a perennial herb that is native to Kanto and Chubu district of Honshu. This herb grows in montane to sub-alpine, sunny grasslands or rocky places, and can reach 35-65 cm in height. The leaves are ovate-elliptic to narrow-lanceolate and clumping. The white to pale purple, about 25 mm across, flowerheads bloom from August to October. The bracts are sticky.
