The Moerheim Beauty sneezeweed (Helenium autumnale cv. Moerheim Beauty) belongs to Asteraceae (the Aster family). It is a cultivar of Helenium autumnale which occurs widely in North America. This herb prefers sunny places, and has tolerant of disease and pest, and it can reach about 90 mc in height. The leaves are lanceolate, alternate and fine serrated. The flower-heads, about 8 cm across bloom atop of stems from June to August. The ray-flowers are yellowish-orange at first and turn reddish-brown and reflexed when mature.
