ひめゆり (姫百合) [Index] [Back] わが国の本州、東北地方南部以南から四国・九州、それに朝鮮半島や中国、アムール地方に分布しています。日当たりの良い山地の草原に生え、高さは３０〜８０センチになります。茎は直立し、線状披針形の葉が互生します。６月から７月ごろ、茎頂に朱赤色の花を上向きに咲かせます。 ユリ科ユリ属の多年草で、学名は Lilium concolor。英名はありません。 "Hime-yuri" (Lilium concolor) belongs to Liliaceae (the Lily family). It is a perennial herb that is native from southern Tohoku district of Honshu to Shikoku, Kyushu of Japan, the Korean Penninsula, China and Amur. This herb grows in sunny montane grasslands and can reach 30-80 cm in height. The stem is erect, the leaves are linear-lanceolate and alternate.
