ほそばひめとらのお (細葉姫虎の尾) [Index] [Back] わが国の本州、近畿地方以西から四国・九州、それに台湾や朝鮮半島、中国、ロシア東部に分布しています。牧草地や茂み、疎らな林などに生え、高さは３０〜８０センチになります。葉は互生し、線形から卵状円形、全縁またはときに鋸歯があります。８月から１０月ごろ、茎頂に穂状花序をだし、淡青紫色の花を咲かせます。台湾華語では「追風草」、中国語では「細葉穗花（xi ye sui hua）」と呼ばれます。 ゴマノハグサ科ルリトラノオ属の多年草で、学名は Pseudolysimachion linariifolium (syn. Veronica linariifolia)。英名はありません。 The "Hosoba-hime-toranoo" (Pseudolysimachion linariifolium) belongs to Scrophulariaceae (the Figwort family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed from Kinki-district of Honshu to Shikoku and Kyushu, as well as Taiwan, the Korean Peninsula, China and eastern Russia. This herb grows in meadows, thickets, sparse forests, and up to a height of 30-80 cm. The leaves are alternate, linear to ovate-orbicular, entire or occasionally dentate. The pale bluish-purple flowers bloom in the spikes from August to October.
