The Illinois ninebark (Physocarpus opulifolius var. intermedius f. parvifolius) belongs to Rosaceae (the Rose family). It is a small deciduous tree that is a variety of the Atlantic ninebark, distributed in the eastern part of North America, from Quebec to Tennessee. It grows 1.5 to 2 m tall and produces pale pink flowers in corymbs from May to June. No further information is available.
