ピトカイルニア・パニクラータ [Index] [Back] 南アメリカのペルーからボリビアが原産です。標高３００〜２８００メートルにある比較的乾燥した潅木帯や岩礫地に生え、高さは１メートルほどになります。葉は線形で全縁です。１１月から１月ごろ、大きな円錐花序をだし、赤橙色の花を咲かせます。 パイナップル科ピトカイルニア属の常緑多年草で、学名は Pitcairnia paniculata。英名はありません。 The Pitcairnia paniculata belongs to Bromeliaceae (the Pineapple family). It is an evregreen perennial herb that is native to Peru and Bolivia in South America. It grows in relatively dry shrublands and rocky areas at altitudes of 300 to 2800 m, reaching a height of about 1 m. The leaves are linear and entire.
