南アメリカのコロンビアとエクアドルに分布しています。高さは１２〜１８センチになり、葉は水平につきます。不定期に、苞から複数の花序をだし、房状に花を咲かせます。花は淡いピンク色から濃いピンク色で、平開しません。萼片は花を被うようにつき、外側は淡いピンク色で、濃いピンク色の筋がはいります。

ラン科プレウロタリス属の常緑多年草で、学名は Pleurothallis marthae。英名はありません。

|
The Pleurothallis marthae belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to Columbia and Ecuador. This orchid can reach 12-18 cm in height, with leaves held horizontally. It has multiple inflorescences with clusters of flowers from the bracts at odd intervals. The flowers are pale to deep pink, do not open widely. The dosal sepal lies over the flower and the outer surface is pale pink with darker stripes.
