ポリスティクム・フレミンギイ [Index] [Back] ヒマラヤの東部から西部にかけて分布しています。ポリスティクム・ディスクレツムとポリスティクム・ユンナネンセとの種間交雑種です。山地の林下や渓流沿いなどに生え、高さは６０〜８０センチになります。葉は２回羽状複葉で緑色、わずかに光沢があり、紙質です。葉柄は黄褐色で２０〜４０センチあり、茶色の鱗片で被われています。ソーラスは葉脈の両側に１列に並んでつきます。包膜は不規則な鋸歯状です。 オシダ科イノデ属の常緑性シダ類で、学名は Polystichum x flemingii。英名はありません。 The Polystichum x flemingii belongs to the family Dryopteridaceae. It is an evergreen fern that is distributed from the eastern to the western Himalayas. It is an interspecific hybrid between Polystichum discretum and Polystichum yunnanense. It grows in mountain forests and along mountain streams, and is 60 to 80 cm tall. The leaves are bipinnate compound, green, slightly glossy, and papery. The leaf stalk is yellowish brown and 20 to 40 cm long, and is covered with brown scales. The sorus is arranged in a single row on both sides of the leaf vein.
