キャンディミント [Index] [Back] 「ペパーミント」の園芸品種です。高さは３０〜６０センチになり、葉は長卵形で十字対生します。「ペパーミント」に似た清涼感のある爽やかな香りが強く、おもにハーブキャンディーの原料に利用されます。 シソ科ハッカ属の多年草で、学名は Mentha x piperita cv. Candy。英名は Candymint。 The candymint (Mentha x piperita cv. Candy) belongs to Lamiaceae (the Mint family). It is a perennial herb that is a cultivar of peppermint. This herb can reach 30-60 cm in height. The leaves are long-ovate and decussate.
