ケンタウレア・ギムノカルパ [Index] [Back] イタリアが原産です。潅木帯や岩礫地に生え、高さは６０〜９０センチになります。葉は灰緑色で、羽状に分裂します。初夏から夏の終わりにかけて、淡い紫紅色の頭花を咲かせます。「ヒメアカタテハ」の食草になります。 キク科ヤグルマギク属の多年草で、学名は Centaurea gymnocarpa。英名は Velvet centaurea、Pink dusty miller。 The Velvet centaurea (Centaurea gymnocarpa) belongs to Asteraceae (the Aster family). It is a perennial herb that is native to Italia. This herb grows in shrubby vegetation or rocky areas and can reach 60-90 cm in height. The leaves are grayish-green and divided into pinnately. The purplish-pink flowerheads come in early summer through late summer.
