ケンタウレア・ラポンティカ [Index] [Back] ヨーロッパのイタリアやスイス、スロベニアに分布しています。亜高山帯から高山帯の草地や岩礫地の社名の生え、高さは３０〜１５０センチになります。丈夫な茎は直立し、白色の綿毛が生えます。根生葉は心形で葉柄があり、長さは３０〜４０センチ、一方、上部の葉は披針形で、長さは１０〜２０センチです。６月から８月ごろ、茎頂に直径６〜７センチある頭花を咲かせます。頭花は淡い紫色からピンク色です。また総苞は褐色で鱗片状です。  キク科ヤグルマギク属の多年草で、学名は Centaurea rhapontica (syn. Rhaponticum scariosum ssp. rhaponticum)。英名は Giant scabiosa。  The Giant scabiosa (Centaurea rhapontica) belongs to Asteraceae (the Aster family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed in Europe, from Italy, Switzerland and Slovenia. It grows in subalpine to alpine meadows and rocky gravelly shady areas and grows 30 to 150 cm tall. The stout stems are erect and covered with white wooly hairs. The basal leaves are heart-shaped and petiolate, 30-40 cm long, while the upper leaves are lanceolate, 10-20 cm long. 6-7 cm diameter flower heads bloom at the top of the stem from June to August.
