ブラジルの南部が原産です。茎は細くて長く、這ったり下垂したりします。葉はやや厚く長楕円形で対生します。葉腋に漏斗形の白い花を咲かせます。咽には紫色の斑点があり、花後にはオレンジ色の丸い果実をつけます。 |

イワタバコ科コドナンテ属の常緑小低木で、学名は Codonanthe gracilis。英名はありません。 |

|
The Codonanthe gracilis belongs to Gesneriaceae (the African violet family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to the southern part of Brazil. The stems are long and thin, creeping or drooping. The leaves are rather thick, oblong, and opposite. Funnel-shaped white flowers bloom in the leaf axils. The throat has purple spots, and after flowering, it produces round orange fruits. |
