わが国の本州、長野県と岐阜県に分布しています。亜高山帯の林内に生え、高さは１０〜２０センチほどになります。葉は鳥足状に５分裂します。５月から７月ごろ、花柄の先に濃紫色の仏炎苞に包まれた花を咲かせます。舷部の内側には白条があり、付属体は棍棒状です。 |

サトイモ科テンナンショウ属の多年草で、学名は Arisaema ishizuchiense var. brevicollum。英名はありません。 |

"Kamikochi-tennansho" (Arisaema ishizuchiense var. brevicollum) belongs to Araceae (the Arum family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed to Nagano and Gifu prefectures of Honshu in Japan. It grows in subalpine forests and is 10 to 20 cm tall. The leaves are divided into five bird-footed segments, and from May to July, the flowers, which are enclosed in dark purple spathe bracts, bloom at the end of the peduncle. The limb has a white stripe on the inside and the appendage is club-shaped. |
