マミラリア・スファケラータ・ウィペリナ [Index] [Back] メキシコの中部、プエブラ州からオアハカ州に分布しています。このサボテンはふつう群生し、直径６０センチ以上になる不規則に広がった塊になります。茎は円筒形で、鮮やかな緑色、高さは２０〜３０センチ、直径は２センチほどです。結節は円錐形で、葉腋は白色の綿毛で被われています。中棘は６〜１０個、縁棘は１８〜２４個あります。花は長さ１５ミリほどの洋紅色から濃紫色で、春から初夏に咲きます。 サボテン科マミラリア属の疣サボテンで、学名は Mammillaria sphacelata ssp. viperina。英名はありません。 Mammillaria sphacelata ssp viperina belongs to Cactaceae (the Cactus family). It is an evergreen succulent perennial that is native to southern Mexico, Puebla and Oaxaca. This cactus is commonly clustering, forming sprawling clumps up to 60 cm in diameter. The stem is cylindrical, bright green, and it can reach about 20-30 cm in height, no more than about 2 cm in diameter. The tubercles are conical, and the axiles are filled by woolly white hairs. It has 6-10 central spines and 18-24 radial spines. The flowers are carmine to dark purplish red, to 15 mm long, and bloom from spring to early summer. サボテン科マミラリア属の疣サボテンで、学名は Mammillaria sphacelata ssp. viperina。英名はありません。 Shu Suehiro shu@botanic.jp
