ますたけ (鱒茸)

わが国の各地をはじめ、朝鮮半島や中国に分布しています。「みずなら（水楢）」や「もみ（樅）」などの地際または倒木などに春から秋に生えます。傘はピンク色から橙黄色で、のちに白くなります。傘肉はサーモンピンクで、幼菌は食べることができます。中国語では「朱紅硫磺菌」と呼ばれます。 |

サルノコシカケ科アイカワタケ属の一年生キノコ類で、学名は Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus。英名はありません。 |

"Masu-take" (Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus) belongs to Polyporaceae (Bracket fungi family). It is an annual fungus that is distributed throughout Japan, the Korean Peninsula, and China. It grows from spring to fall on the ground or on fallen trees such as mizu-nara (Mizunara) and fir (Momi). The pileus is pink to orange-yellow and later turns white. The flesh of the pileus is salmon pink, and the larvae are edible. In Chinese, it is called "朱紅硫磺菌". |
