わが国の各地をはじめ、朝鮮半島やサハリン、カムチャッカ半島に分布しています。山地の林内や草地に生え、高さは３０〜６０センチになります。葉は狭長楕円形で茎を抱き、縁が波打ちます。５月から７月ごろ、茎の先に淡い紅紫色の花を咲かせます。距は短くて湾曲し、目立ちません。 |

ラン科テガタチドリ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Gymnadenia camtschatica。英名はありません。 |

"Nobine-chidori" (Gymnadenia camtschatica) belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen herb that is distributed throughout Japan, as well as the Korean Peninsula, Sakhalin and the Kamchatska Peninsula. This herb grows in montane forests and grasslands, and can reach 30-60 cm in height. The leaves are narrow-oblong with wavy edges and clasp the stem. The pale magenta flowers bloom atop of stem from May to July. The spurs are short, inflected and inconspicuous. |
