トルコのアナトリア地方の南西部に分布しています。シクラメン・コウム（Cyclamen coum）の近縁種です。山地の林内に生え、高さは１２センチほどになります。濃い緑色の葉は円形から卵形で、灰緑色またはクリーム色の大理石模様があります。２月から３月ごろ、芳香のある濃いピンク色の花を咲かせます。花弁が反り返り、プロペラのように見えます。

サクラソウ科シクラメン属の多年草で、学名は Cyclamen trochopteranthum。英名はありません。

The Cyclamen trochopteranthum belongs to Primulaceae (the Primrose family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed in the southwestern part of Turkey's Anatolia region. It is a closely related species of Cyclamen coum. This herb grows in mountain forests and is about 12 cm high. The dark green leaves are round to ovate with gray-green or cream-colored marble mottles. The fragrant dark pink flowers come in bloom from February to March. The petals curl up and look like a propeller.
