スキゾフラグマ・インテグリフォリウム [Index] [Back] 中国の中・西部に分布しています。岩の崖や丘陵の斜面にある疎林、それに林縁などに生えます。また気根によってよじ登ります。葉は濃緑色の卵形で全縁、細長い先端です。夏、枝先に散房花序をだし、クリーム色がかった白色の花を咲かせます。装飾花は苞状です。 アジサイ科イワガラミ属の落葉蔓性木本で、学名は Schizophragma integrifolium。英名は Chinese hydrangea vine。 The Chinese hydrangea vine (Schizophragma integrifolium) belongs to Hydrangeaceae (the Hydrangea family). It is a deciduous woody vine that is native to central and western China. This vine grows in rocky cliffs, sparse hillside forests and forest edges. It climbs up by aerial roots. The leaves are dark green, ovate, entire with slender-pointed tips. The corymbs are borne on the terminal branchlets, and bloom creamy white flowers in summer.
