セダム・ランケオラツム [Index] [Back] 北アメリカの西部が原産です。海岸から亜高山帯の岩場や小石または砂地に生え、高さは２０センチほどになります。葉は多肉質で節くれだったり先端が尖り、ロゼットを形成します。より小さい葉が茎の上部にも発生しますが、花期の前にはしばしば落葉します。花は黄色で時おり赤色を帯び、７月から８月ごろに咲きます。  ベンケイソウ科マンネングサ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Sedum lanceolatum。英名は Spearleaf stonecrop、Lanceleaf stonecrop。  The Spearleaf stonecrop (Sedum lanceolatum) belongs to Crassulaceae (the Orpine family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to western North America. This herb grows on rocks, gravelly or rocky soil from sea-level to the sub-alpine zone, and up to a height 20 cm. The leaves are succulent, knobby or pointed, and form basal rosettes. Smaller leaves occur farther up the stem and often fall away by the time the plant blooms.
