The Glorybush 'Little Angel' (Tibouchina cv. Little Angel) belongs to Melastmataceae (the Melastome family). It is an evergreen shrub that is a cultivar of "Glorybush" (Tibouchina urvilleana) native to Brazil. It is cold-resistant and can be planted outdoors in warm climates without frost. The height is about 1 to 3 m, and the leaves are narrow elliptic and the veins are conspicuous. From September to December, flowers with changing flower colors bloom one after another. At first, the center is white and the outside is light purple, but gradually the whole becomes pink and then changes to magenta. At the same time, flowers with different flower colors are produced, so there is another name for "Sanshoku-nobotan" in Japan.
