しまだけ (縞竹) [Index] [Back] 中国の黄河流域以南に分布する「くろちく（黒竹）」の一品種です。一年を過ぎると、緑色の地の桿には、褐色の縦縞や斑点が不規則に入ります。 イネ科マダケ属の常緑タケ類で、学名は Phyllostachys nigra f. shimadake。英名はありません。 The "Shima-dake" (Phyllostachys nigra f. shimadake) belongs to Poaceae (the Grass family). It is a form of "Black bamboo" (Phyllostachys nigra) distributed south of the Yellow River basin in China.
