しろばなつくばとりかぶと (白花筑波鳥兜)

わが国の本州、中部地方以北から関東地方、東北地方南部の太平洋側に分布している「つくばとりかぶと」の白花品種です。品種としては未確定で、したがって学名も暫定です。この自生地では、一昨年は３株あったものが今年は１株しか見あたらないそうです。 |

キンポウゲ科トリカブト属の多年草で、学名は Aconitum tsukubense f. alba。英名はありません。 |

The "Shirobana-tsukuba-torikabuto" (Aconitum tsukubense) belongs to Ranunculaceae (the Buttercup family). It is a perennial herb that is a white-flowered form of the "Tsukuba-torikabuto" which is distributed to Honshu of Japan, northward from Chubu district to the Pacific Ocean Sea Side of Kanto and southern Tohoku district. The species is not yet confirmed, and therefore the scientific name is provisional. In this natural habitat, there were three plants two years ago, but this year only one plant is said to be left. |
