デンドロビウム・スペキオスム・クルウィカウレ [Index] [Back] オーストラリアのクイーンズランド州東部に分布しています。熱帯湿潤バイオームに生え、樹木や岩などに着生し、高さは１５〜５０センチになります。茎は太い棒状で、長楕円形の葉が上部に４〜５個つきます。春から初夏にかけて、花茎を伸ばして花序をだし、クリーム色がかった白色の花をいっぱい咲かせます。花には芳香があります。 ラン科セッコク属の常緑多年草で、学名は Dendrobium speciosum var. curvicaule。英名はありません。 The Dendrobium speciosum var. curvicaule belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is found in the eastern part of Queensland, Australia. It grows in tropical wet biomes, and grows on trees and rocks, reaching a height of 15 to 50 cm. The stem is thick and rod-shaped, and four to five long elliptic leaves grow on the top. From spring to early summer, it extends a scape and produces a raceme, which is full of creamy white flowers.
