デンドロビウム・ロウイー [Index] [Back] ボルネオ島が原産です。熱帯雨林に生え、樹上に着生します。茎は杖状で、葉は狭卵形から楕円形で二列に並びます。夏に、上部の節から花序をだし、芳香のある濃黄色の花を咲かせます。唇弁には赤い筋と毛が生えています。 ラン科セッコク属の常緑多年草で、学名は Dendrobium lowii。英名はありません。 The Dendrobium lowii belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to Borneo Island. This orchid is an epiphyte on trees and grows in tropical rainforests. The stem looks like cane, the leaves are narrowly ovate to elliptic and disticous.
