フィリピンのルソン島中部の固有種です。山地に生え、高さは４０センチほどになります。マツの木の幹に生える着生植物です。葉は卵形から狭卵形です。花は白色で咽部は緑色がかり、春から秋にかけて、長く咲き続けます。

ラン科セッコク属の常緑多年草で、学名は Dendrobium sanderae var. luzonicum。英名は Mrs. Sander's Dendrobium。

The Mrs. Sander's Dendrobium (Dendrobium sanderae var. luzonicum) belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen herb that is endemic to Central Luzon in the Philippines. This orchid grows in the mountains and it can reach about 40 cm in height. It is an epiphyte on trunks of pine trees. The leaves are ovate to narrowly ovate. The flowers are white, longlived, with greenish throat, and bloom in spring through fall.
