The Unequaled dracula (Dracula inaequalis) belongs to Orchidaceae (the Orchid family). It is an evergreen herb that is native to Colombia and Ecuador. This herb grows in rainforests and foothills from altitudes of 400-1500 m, and up to a height of 15 cm. It is an epiphyte. The leaf is apical, erect, thinly coriaceous and narrowly elliptic. The flower is single bell shape with three surrounding floral bracts which the tips extend to 35-40 mm in length, and bloom in the late spring through early fall.
