マツ科マツ属の常緑低木で、学名は Pinus densiflora f. umbraculifera。英名はありません。
The "Tagyosho" (Pinus densiflora f. umbraculifera) belongs to Pinaceae (the Pine family). It is a small evergreen tree that is a form of Japanese red pine, which is native to Japan, the Korean Peninsula and south-east China. This tree differs from a host species, can reach about 5 m in height. Many branches are scendent at the bases and form umbrella crown.
