ちしまくもまぐさ (千島雲間草) [Index] [Back] わが国の北海道、大雪山系から夕張山地、知床山地さらに東北アジアに分布しています。高山帯の岩礫地に生え、高さは３〜６センチになります。葉は倒卵形から長楕円形の肉質で、腺毛が生えます。７月から８月ごろ、花茎の先に集散花序をだし、白色の花を１〜５個咲かせます。花弁は５個、雄しべは１０個あります。 ユキノシタ科ユキノシタ属の多年草で、学名は Saxifraga merkii var. merkii。英名はありません。 "Chishima-kumomagusa" (Saxifraga merkii var. merkii) belongs to Saxifragaceae (the Saxifrage family). It is a perennial herb that is native to the Daisetsu Mountain Chain, the Yubari Mountains, and the Shiretoko Mountains of Hokkaido, and also North East Asia. This herb grows on alpine screes and can reach 3-6 cm in height. The leaves are obovate to oblong, fleshy and covered with glandular hairs. The cymes are borne at the terminal flowering stalks, and 1-5 white flowers bloom from July to August.
