The Tulipa humilis belongs to Liliacea (the Lily family). It is a perennial herb that is native to Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Iran, and the North Caucasus region of Russia. This herb grows on rocky mountain slopes. The flowers are pink with yellow centers. The photos are a cultivar 'Rosea Caerulea Oculata' which has pale pink with a blue center flowers.
