ユーフォルビア・アビシニカ (巒岳)

エチオピアが原産です。柱状で８稜があり、高さは４．５メートル以上になります。この稜線が波打っているのは、休眠期に縦方向に縮むからだそうです。園芸上は「らんがく（巒岳）」と呼ばれます。 |

トウダイグサ科トウダイグサ属の常緑多年草で、学名は Euphorbia abyssinica。英名はありません。 |

The Euphorbia abyssinica belongs to Euphorbiaceae (the Spurge family). It is an evergreen perennial herb that is native to Ethipia. This herb is columnar with 8 ribs and can reach up to 4.5 m in height. The ridges are wavy and it caused by vertical shrinking in the dormant stage. |
