ユッカ・リギダ [Index] [Back] メキシコの北中部が原産です。高さは３〜４メートルになり、頂部で少し分枝します。葉は粉青色で堅く、黄色の縁があります。葉は長さ９０センチ、幅２．５センチほどで、先端には鋭い棘があります。晩春に１．５〜１．８メートルの花茎が出て、白色の花を咲かせます。  リュウゼツラン科イトラン属の常緑低木で、学名は Yucca rigida (syn. Yucca andreana)。英名は Blue yucca。  The blue yucca (Yucca rigida) belongs to Agavaceae (the Agave family). It is a small evergreen tree that is native to north-central Mexico. This tree grows to 3-4 m tall, with minimal branching near the top. The leaves are powder blue, rigid, with yellow margins. They are about 90 cm long by 2.5 cm wide, and have a sharp spine at the tip.
